And or Battery or Charging system. Most Autoparts stores will check your battery and the charging system, and tell you what part you need. Of course they "expect" to be the part seller.

Why 01 honda odyssey wont run when warm until cools down sometimes dies when driving it cools down n starts

the coolant temperature sensor is faulty
when cold the sensor tells the computer its cold adding more fuel into the engine, when warm the engine needs less fuel so the temperature sensor tells the computer its warmed up and to use less fuel. when this snesor goes bad it always reads as if the engine was cold so the computer adds more fuel than needed making the engine not start. Trust me on this ive had this problem happen to me before

2000 dodge intrepid wont stay running

Have fuel pressure tested in both situations. I've seen fuel pumps quit once they get heated up, then when they cool, pump again. Perhaps try WD40 sprayed in to throttle body inlet when no start, and that will tell you if it's a fuel delivery problem. Just remove air cleaner intake hose at front of throttle body, and open throttle and spray for a second or 2 then try to start. If it fires up and runs for a second or 2, then it's a lack of fuel issue.

My 2003 Mazda tribute wont start when car is warm after being shut off for ten minutes. Has happened twice now, what is wrong? Will start after cooling down as if nothings wrong.

There can be a number of things to look at. the coolant temp sensor or the fuel pump. the coolant sensor tell the ECU when hot or cold, and it can be telling the ECU the motor is to hot. the fuel pump could be over heating and shutting off

INITIALLY THE a/c READ OUT WAS STUCK ON 72.DEGREES BUT AT LEAST IT WORKED(BLEW COLD). NOW THE a/c READ OUT CAN BE ADJUSTED BUT THE COLD AIR STOPPED,NOW JUST WARM AIR. COMPRESSOR DOESN'T SEEM TO BE COMING...

More than likely you have a leak in your system and do not have enough pressure. This will activate the low pressure switch to protect the compressor from damage due to lack of lubrication, which is supplied by the refrigerant which carries the lubricant.. Rick.

i suspect a faulty solenoid on back of the feul pump, its not easy to change as armoured to protect it from thieves stealing your car.
u need to test the wires on it but i think its the coil breaking down in the solenoid.

02 alero w/3.4 no start

Have you had any codes pulled?
A cold start issue may be related to a coolant sensor problem. When the engine is cold the engine control module will enrich the fuel mixture for start based on the reading it receives from the coolant sensor.
You can have it checked when cold and the temperature reading should match the out door temp. A scan tool will be required. Or replace the sensor, I believe the cost is less than $20.
Good luck, let me know.
Regards.
