Looks like it is pretty easily removed.
Use a small screw driver and pry open the garage door opener storage bin. You will see 1 screw there that you will remove.
Pull the front of the overhead console down and remove the console from the console retaining clips.

This may be a simple fix, where the wheel jack or washer bottle is located in the back behind the panel, there should be connectors for the rear lights, it is possible that the plug has been dislodged, remove the panels and check the plug connections. Good luck.

check what the diagnosis machine will give if there is no data then check if the starter crank sensor is getting any power

I have an F250 and F350. Both my overhead consoles have went out. After removing the units I have found one or more loose resistors on the printed circuit board which controls all of the displays. I carefully re-soldered the resistors and now they work great. The compass needs calibration but I'm not concerned about that.
