If you look under and around sides of your seat you may find an electrical connector not connected , this is probably the power seat connection , i\'ve mostly seen them under seat poked through a small slit in the carpet,as long as the seat you get is the same model year etc you shouls have no problems ,may have to put fuse in fuse box lowerdash drivers side list of fuses will be on the lid cover, hope it works out power seats so much nicer

I expect your best option is the wrecking yard for the power equipment and switch gear. Wiring is easy-- just add a new circuit!

How do iremove front seat from a 1997 honda accord

1. Make sure you have the anti-theft codes for the radio and the navigation system, then write
down the frequencies for the preset buttons.
2. Tilt the steering wheel all the way up and telescope it all the way in.
3. '04-07 models passenger's seat: Carefully insert the tip of a small screwdriver (A) through
the hole in the back of the front seat belt lower anchor cover (B) and into the hole in the
front seat belt lower anchor (C). Unlock the lower anchor by pushing in on the screwdriver.
Remove the screwdriver, and then detach the front seat belt anchor plate (D) and anchor
cover from the lower anchor.4. Slide the seat all the way forward, then remove the seat track end covers from the back of both seat tracks.5. Slide the seat about half way to the rear so you can access the seat mounting bolts. If equipped with the driver's 8-way power seat, fully raise the seat.
6. If equipped with a side airbag, disconnect the negative cable from the battery, and wait at
least 3 minutes before removing the seat. 7. Remove the bolts securing the front seat. 8. Lift up the front seat, then detach the harness clip and disconnect the connector.
If equipped, the seat heater connector on the 2-way power seat and passenger's
manual seat. '04-07 models, disconnect the seat position sensor subharness connector on the
driver's manual height adjustable seat and the driver's 8-way power seat.
9. With the help of an assistant, carefully remove the front seat through the front door opening. 10. Install the seat in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
Apply medium strength type liquid thread lock to the front seat mounting bolts
before reinstallation.
Make sure each connector is plugged in properly.
Tighten the seat mounting bolts to the specified torque in the sequence shown.
Slide the seat all the way back and tighten then slide it forward and
tighten Before attaching the lower anchor bolts, make sure there are no twists or kinks in
the seat belts. 04-07 models passenger's seat: The triangle marks on the anchor plate and
the lower anchor must face the same side. Insert the anchor plate into the lower
anchor, and make sure that it is locked securely. If equipped with a side airbag, reconnect the negative cable to the battery. Enter the anti-theft codes for the radio and navigation system, then enter the radio station presets. Reset the clock. Your all done. Drink a cold beverage and enjoy the rest of your weekend! hope this helps. Dave

Where do you refill the oil in a Toyota Townace

Dipstick, oil filler , filter etc are under the passengers front seat.
If you lift the carpet immediately in front of the seat, you will see a pair of clips holding down the seat, unlatch them and lift the seat ( in some models they hide a clip in the centre console).
The brake fluid is under a cover in the dash.

1995 Honda Accord Car seat install problem

I can't be of much help, except to indicate what Honda says about the seats, and to give you a URL to look at:
Using a Seat Belt Locking Clip
Always use a seat belt locking clip when you secure a child seat to your car with a lap/shoulder belt. This helps prevent the seat from shifting position or overturning. A locking clip is usually included with the child seat. If you need a clip, contact the seat's manufacturer or a store that sells child restraints.
The URL will take you to a more complete reference to your car manual regarding child restraints.

Hope this helps you.

Front passenger side seat

all you need to do is take the 2 14mm bolts off on the front.. and remove the little plastic covers on the back side (same place on the frame as the front) you might be able to shake it out but if not there is a couple of wires that you need to unplug one is 16 pin plug. that runs the power just pull the clip off and unplug it by pushing the tab and pulling it out.. and remove the yellow clips.. by pushing them together then pulling like one of those asian finger things... BUT BE CAREFUL the yellow ones are ABS make sure the car is off and the key out of the ignition... if you make all the way to this point take the seat out and turn it around and shake it out there might be come covers that you need a phillips screwdriver to get out... but don't be scared it's really easy to put back together just take your time and try not to bend the plastic clips... email me if you have anymore questions..
