Need a repair shop to diagnose it

You never should have thrown one part at it.

That is a Wish & Hope-- Push & Poke Diagnostic Theory,
that only takes your money & you replace every part, none
of them being tested or bad

I have a 97 kia sportage with 160,000.miles ,stick shift, ......when shifting from 4th to 5th its hard to get into 5th and ill put in 3rd my mistake...is this a ezay fix ?

Sounds like ther is a selector problem in the gear box. Take off the top, where the gear lever goes in and have a look. if there is anything wrong there the box will have to come out.

On the kia 2002 sportage i spent 15 Litres of fuel for 100KM is that normal?and can you tell me the normal Litres of gas foor 100KM on the kia 2002 sportage

That fuel consumption is a bit heavy, but not excessive, depending on the driving conditions. In heavy traffic and slow town driving with a lot of stop starts it would be acceptable but on the open road in 2 wheel mode it would be excessive. Kia do not seem to manage much better than about 8-10 l/100km, even on their sedans.

What are the valve adjustment specs on the head of 1999 kia sportage both dual and overhead cam 2.0 please give answer to both intake and exhaust please ...

the valves are hydralic and are not adjustable.if they are noisey there may be a bad lifter or cam. if they sit for a few days they will click for awhile when started. the factiry recomends running the engine in nuetral for 5 minutes at 2000 rpm the bleed out air bubbles [or just drive it down the highway a few miles.
