Turn signal relay 2007 Avalanche ltz

There is no turn signal relay or flasher , Computer controlled by the BCM - body control module .
Turn Signal/Hazard Lamps
When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, a ground signal is completed from the turn signal switch to the BCM. When the hazard flasher switch is activated, a ground signal is completed from the turn signal/hazard switch to the BCM. The BCM then sends an ON-OFF voltage signal through the fuses to the appropriate turn signal and side repeater (export only) lamps or to all of the turn signal fuses for hazard operation. The driver door switch and passenger door switch also receive voltage from the BCM turn signal supply voltage circuits for the mirror turn signals. The door switches have no function or control of the mirror turn signals other than a pass through connection for the circuits. The audio chime is also activated when the turn signals are ON. The instrument panel cluster (IPC) receives the signals to activate the turn signal indicators over the GMLAN serial data system. When the hazard switch is pressed, all turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn indicators.
This is something best left to a qualified repair shop that has a professional type scan tool . Could need new BCM , which would need programming . Scan tool would be able to check switch inputs for BCM .

Hi..I have a 2004 Chev Avalanche 1500 4x4 5.3litre...I just lost heating on the drivers side-ok on passenger side (has climate controls for both sides)...what is causing this?? big repair?? can I check...

I have had this problem with my 04 Avalanche. It happened when I changed the battery. I replaced the climate control @ $475. When the battery went down another time, the same thing happened only in reverse (warm on the other side) I asked around and found that you can remove the dash trim pnl. and take out x2 screws that hold the controller in place, unplug it for 1 or 2 minuets and reattach. this will "reboot" the controller. I had to preform this procedure 2 times but it fixed the issue @ $0 and is simple. Has worked fine since.

1. Place the ignition switch in the off position.
2. Remove the HVAC/ECAS fuse for 10 seconds or more. It's in the under hood fuse box. Put the temp in full cold.
3. Install the fuse.
4. Start the engine. DO NOT TOUCH THE HVAC CONTROLS FOR LESS THAN 45 SECONDS.
5. Have any codes cleared with a scan tool.
