Question about 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara 4WD
Can't tell you the problem
As with ALL vehicle problems, you have to check
for fault codes, diagnose those codes,go to trouble
charts, then component test,to see if you even have
a failed part
I thought that was well known fact for the last 30 years,
when it comes to cars, nothing new there, can't guess at
Always need the car to test

Obviously, in different markets, there will be different wiring set-ups. In Australia, both the brake lights and horn work when the ignition is off and they share a fuse. If your horn doesn't work, maybe your brake lights don't either.

Mine does. The back seats tilt forward with a release on the side of the seats. The split seats tilt towards the driver and front passenger seats for more room in the back.

The problem is that the ESP system is not active.
The ESP lamp normally is on for a few seconds after strating the engine - but must dissapear after a couple of seconds.
The failure is not critical but has to be repaired. Normally the failure is related to a defective ESP-controle box.
Be prepared - repair is expensive !!!!

Yes it is ok to drive but you have no stability control system at this time. This can cause a roll over if you are placed in a sticky situation.
