SOURCE: my 1996 chevy blazer is

Hi, don't you have the 4.3 liter engine with sequential fuel injection? If yes, then your injectors are not working. Can you hear them click when the engine is cranked? If not, the problem may be with the camshaft position sensor or possibly the anto-theft system. Is the secuiity light on? Is the engine light staying on? Please check fuses 5 and 10. See diagram below.

1996 Jeep Grand Cheerokee. Will only start will accelerator pushed and will only keep running if it is pushed. If I let off, it stalls completely.

Could be the idle air control valve or a dirty throttle body.
The computer controls idle speed by how much air enters the throttle body and intake.
You would need to check the throttle body and test the control valve.

I have a 1996 grand am need to know where throttle position sensor is located on car

As the name implies --- screws hold it
on the throttle body

You will have to follow & remove the plastic
air intake ducting, from the air filter to the
throttle on the engine.

We can not know, to the exact inch, where
every one is located on all vehicles

A 2002 jeep cheroke will start but wont stay running at idle speed

Two things I would check is how dirty the throttle body is and the egr valve. When the truck is idling the throttle body is barely cracked open and a ton of dirt on the butterfly can block some air from getting in causing it not to idle. just google cleaning throttle body. I would also check with the dealer and see if your jeep has an egr valve, Im sure it needs to be replaced and would cause the Jeep not to idle correctly.

1996 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3 shows trouble code P0505 Idle Control System Malfunction. What is the best fix for this problem as the vehicle needs to pass smog. Thanks for your assistance!

Sometimes that code is generated when the charging voltage from the charging circuit is too low and the minimum airflow spec gets lost by the pcm. This can be a bad alternator, battery etc. As well if someone has adjusted the set screw in the throttle body trying to fix the code then I'd suggest retesting with a used throttle body. As well one last thing the intake gaskets/plenum pan on those engines blow out and cause a vaccum leak that can cause spark knock and oil consumption. If that vaccum leak was large enough it could cause your low vaccum reading and that code. As always check the accuracy of the map sensor and tps when dealing with idle speed issues
