SOURCE: Where is oil filter located on 2008 Cadillac CTS 6

The Location of the oil filter depends on which engine you have in your CTS. the 3.2 engine the oil filter is located on the bottom of the engine to the left of the oil pan. It is not a screw on type filter it is a canister filter. You will have to unscrew the lid to gain access to the oil filter. On the 3.6 Engine the oil filter is also a canister filter but it is located on the top side of the engine. On the drivers side around the center of the engine cover. It will take a 15/16 socket to remove the lid.

Fans Inop and don't come on when ac is on. I can command them on through scan tool. Replaced pcm fuses relays ect sensor. Checked wires

What is the year make and model of the vehicle you are working on? Check the values of the high pressure sensor and / or low press sensor. May be called high or low side temp. on your vehicle. Most late model GM with electric fans rely on the high side temp sensor to actuate fans. If the sensor is bad, or the system is low on freon, the system can't build enough head pressure to actuate the fans... Especially on Cadillac, you have to fight it to get it full of freon.

What is the location of low pressure port on a 1996 eagle vision tsi?

Usually close to the drier in the tube on the low pressure side. Drier looks like an aluminum cylinder about as big around as a soda can and twice as tall with two aluminum tubes coming out of it. The port has a screw off cap to access.

My Cadillac 08 CTS will not blow cold air the relay checked out but when I jumped the relay the compressor kicked in and it blew cold air when I put the relay back in I had nothing tried a horn relay...

there are 3 switches that control the operation of the ac compressor . There is a high pressure switch that will not allow operation if the head pressure goes too high ( excessive gas-blocked system-tx valve condenser fan not working )There is a low pressure switch that stops the compressor when the gas has leaked out and is insufficient A thermostat that will not register and so will not switch on the compressor and finally ac compressors will not work unless both the ac switch and the blower are switched on. Have the system checked out by an accredited ac specialists.;l

2003 cadillac cts will not blow hot air, but my air condition blow cold air

Is the engine temperature at the proper point?
Since the AC works, I assume the fan is blowing. This means I would look at the temperature sensors and control unit next. Try varying the temperature setting way up to see if there is a point where it starts working.

When the ac is on car vibrates

Something is not telling the computer to step up idle and is probably an ac pressure sensor. A scan tool will give you that info.
