Can I unlock a locked radio in a 2005 Grand Prix with my OTC 3109 OBD II scan tool?


Don't think so ,GM scanners only I believe. If nobody entered their own code it should still be 1234 or whatever the default is.Have to look for that.Maybe in the owners manual tho,plus if the is a manual,the code may be stamped on the back cover.

you have a bad circuit board in the unit. need to replace unit. before you do make sure the radio memory fuse is not blown.

Owen, Try this Get in close doors, don't lock them. Put key in, cycle the key on & off 4 times. Ending in the off position. After the 4th time & within 10 seconds, press the lock switch on the drivers door. If you here a chime, they are reprogramed

As far as I know there is no code on a Nissan factory radio. Check the fuses for the radio.
