Question about Jeep Grand Cherokee
Jumps when accelerating
what car, a jeep GC, sure, but what year, and what engine size.
jumps. (ill assume engine jumps and not transmission slips)
the engine can jump or many types of reasons, failures. 50 or more.
i guess you what us to guess, and not do tests and find true cause?
1: failure to do the service on the car is the all time top #1 reason.
spark plugs, and filters stop this list. every 60k miles or as the operators guide in the glove box states.
2: bad fuel. (or wrong fuel)
3: Bad TPS sensor.
4: low fuel pressure.
5: engine intake air leaks. (vacuum leaks)
6: bad MAF or MAP sensor,
7: ASD relay dropping out, for a second due to 7 errors it sees. ask.
8: 12vdc battery power dropping out for any reasons, (many)
