It sounds like it might be a bad hub,CV shaft,or even poor brakes.A good mechanic will be able to tell you within 10 minutes of taking off the front wheels. The rotors on a car should be free from any marks or grooves. This is an indication that your brakes are in need of immediate attention and service. It is possible that your brakes are worn out on all four tires.I cannot stress the need for IMMEDIATE attention to this problem.good luck

Do you know about the deep groove ball bearing?

If it fell out then it can't do it's job which is to regulate the pressure within the pump and is "shot."

You will need to check things logically. Run the truck in the air and note where the vibration is at. Take the wheels OFF and put a few lug nuts to hold the rotors on, take the truck to 45mph or whatever the vibration is the worst. is it still there? if its gone, check wheels/ tires. if its still there, check rotors, axles. A drive shaft will make a rapid vibration at low speeds since it turns 3 to 4 times faster than the wheels. does it vibrate on or off the gas? Can you power through the vibration like go 60 and then coast back through? You have replaced a lot of parts that would not cause vibrations. Are you just changing parts willy nilly or is someone actually checking and verifying that these parts really bad?

Steering wheel shakes at high speed when brakes are applied

This is caused by the front disk brake rotors being warped from heat and running out of true, the wobble of the warped rotors causes the wheel to shake when you apply the brakes, it is worse the higher the speed you apply them at. Have the front rotors machined flat again or just replace them.

If they are warped ,the brake pedal, and,or the vehicle will shake when applying the brakes,or the rotors will be scored too bad to resurface.

I'd bet your brake rotors are grooved and need to be resurfaced (or replaced if they are too thin). This also means you should replace the pads too.

You can do a quick check yourself to see if the back rotors are warped. Warping is the most common cause of your problem and normally is the front rotors, but not necessarily the only one. All you have to do is block the front wheels of the car and jack up the rear one side at a time. With the wheel clear of the ground, turn it by hand for a few turns. If the rotor is warped you should feel some extra drag at some point when you are turning the wheel. Do both wheels and double check the front. I have seen new rotors that had to be turned because they weren't straight.
If you don't feel anything I would be inclined to look at the ABS because it can create a pulsation when it is working. Hope this helps.

The alignment would not affect your breaking as the alignment only controles the direction that the front wheels face. You may need to check your rotors and make sure they do not need replaced and check the breaks while you are at it. The pads should be evenly worn and the rotor should be evenly worn as well. There should be no deeps grooves in the rotor or break pads.

Frontend problem

that sounds like the pressure regulator of your brakes is broken. The pressure does not release from the left side.
Unless it is the calliper, but i think you already checked that out. Pressure regulator is the main cause for problems like this.
It regulates pressure between back and front side
