Since it depends what parts were used to complete what system on this car, a/c systems are like that, i can suggest removing the (pressure cycling switch) and bench testing it for a compressor running all the time. the theory being, if it hasnt been touched, it may fail in the closed position.. if it has automatic temperature control, computer controlled, you can get a code from its memory for both (high blower always on) and or (system wont come off max cool). i have seen ambient temp sensors out of range, or blocked. interior temp sensors out of range or blocked, system overcharged, and if i think some more there may be a few others.
the first thing to do is goto a very reputable shop and ask if they can identify the system by looking and solve it quickly. a basic performance test and evaluation is a low cost menu item at most shops. write down what they answer your questions with so you can look it up for yourself in the event you need to.
libraries have tsb/recall info for free in their automotive databases, but a reputable shop should have a decent answer for you in the first hour or less. in my experience a gm dealership is the most reputable shop for you to ask. they can access the code memory if so equipped and follow the factory guided pinpoint tests. factoring in ,after i.d., what a quick list of causal parts may be for your car. and advise prior to spending more than you are prepared to spend. they have to see it and try a few simple things at least, to begin the answer process.

I just really need to know where the fuse is the interface went out and none of the buttons will work and the temp don't show up. But the ac is constantly blowing cold and I just really want it off because it is cold out

sounds like an electronic automatic temp control vehicle. if you stop the blower you may have trouble clearing the windows under some conditions. used parts may help from the u-pull-it yard to correct the problems. theres a relay center under the hood that may help you decide what circuit you want to cancel, or just unplug the pressure cycling switch on the accumulator. then when you can, get it looked at by a tech

It depends on the problem. Either you don't have enough air passing thru the evap core, or the level of freon is not right, or there is a restriction in the ac lines.
A mechanic would use a set of pressure gauges to check freon flow.

Air cinditioning wont stay on, it switches to heat and wont shut off

What do you mean when you say it wont shut off? is it blowing hot air or do you just feel a lite flow of hot air even if you have the settings to cold?

If this is the problem that you always feel hot air at low flow and the ac goes to hot air then i would say one of two things, first if you have the selector to cold and you feel hot air then there may be a problem with the blend door, this door move to allow hot or cold air, the door may be broken or just a bad motor that controls it. keep in mind if the ac system shuts down for any reason the air then will be warm, it will be about the same temp as outside and maybe a little hotter.

this problem almost sounds like the ac compressor shuts off and then you are getting the outside air which is hot, there are many reasons for the compressor to shut off, it could be the compressor clutch heating up and disengaging , this would be due to a bad compressor clutch.

another reason is the fans are not working, the best thing to do is when the system starts to blow warm check and see if the compressor is running, start engine and look at the front of compressor, with ac off the front of it will not move, and then with ac on the front will spin, check it out and let me know, if it blows warm air and ac is not working then it may be compressor problem but if you are getting warm air and the compressor is spinning then it may be a door problem.

This is hard to check with out testing the system, so i listed a few things to check and let me know the out come. also the ac blows cold for how long before it gets hot air blowing out of the vents, good day.

My 1996 Viper GTS the A/C stops blowing cold air after 5 to 10 minutes of operation. When it does work it does blow cold air. Did I recently over charge and high pressure switch is shutting off?

That sounds exactly like your problem, try letting a little freon out at a time and see if it improves, if it get worse then you may have an undercharged condition, hold the idle at 1500m0upern rpm with ac on the compressor should run constant please rate and good luck

A/C blows good cold air and everything works as it should, however when I turn the A/C on (doesn't matter what fan speed) I hear a constant clicking/ticking noise coming from what sounds like a fan

What you are most likely hearing is the compressor kicking on/off. The constant kicking could be a sign that there's insufficient refrigerant to keep the compressor running continuously without shutting on/off. Eventually, the compressor won't kick on at all, a safety feature designed to prevent doing damage to a compressor that's undercharged. Have the AC system checked.

My ac does not blow cold in my 97 cadillac deville but it does blow just not cold and its n ot the fuse what can i do?

You probably have leaked out your freon after so much time. Try adding some more Freon if it doesnt stay charged you may have bigger issues.
