Question about 2001 Nissan Xterra
Put started fluid in but it still want fire, it will turn over. i also put 3 gal. gas back in.
Sounds like your not getting fire! I would check to the distributor, the coil is inside the distributor. If you have acess to a good used distributor, then switch them out real quick. It's very easy and it might solve your problem. Just mark where the rotor inside the distributor is pointing, and when you drop the distributor in make sure to align the rotor button in the exact position. If it still doesn't fire then you'll know that's it's not the dist. I hope this helps!
