hi, if the collant level is ok and the car isnt over heating then check the heater works in the car and make sure it gives of heat when hot is selected if it dont then the chances are the thermostat has gone and needs replacing.
If on the other hand you have heat then the chances are its just a faulty temp sensot these are cheap to buy and easy to replace.
Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

Yes,but you may end up stopped somewhere with a dead battery.Either your cells in your battery are going bad/or are bad and is not charging properly OR your Alternator needs to be relaced/repaired.The voltage regulator inside the alt. is not properly charging your battery. In turn you will be using your battery to operate your vehicle instead of the alternator, thus your battery can only hold so much of a charge and you will run out of "Juice" so to speak. This is important to fix as it could strand you somewhere or cause you to have a wreck due to your lights not working properly, your brakes not working properly, etc. Please check your alternator. Many places can rebuild them at a low cost or you may be able to replace the voltage reg. yourself depending on how mechanically inclined you are.Hope this helps.

These have a problem with the wires in the hinge area on the drivers door, click the latch so the door thinks it is shut, do what you do to get the problem and if you still get it then wiggle the rubber tube carrying the wires in the hinge area. If the problem is gone with the door open or you change it by wiggling then the wores have cracked and need fixing, peugeot used to sell a harness part.

SOURCE: ESP / ARS fault with Peugeot 207
Nobody can give that...at best, a Guesstimate...but they will need to do some testing, Diagnosis...they charge by the hour, are good at what they do, and if they are real good, will be ASE Certified Mechanics...ask around, for good references...I don't know where you live, but in North Portland, (Oregon), there is a small shop on Interstate Ave., that works on them...good luck...
