The a/c blows cold air through the drivers dash vents but not through the passanger dash vents. The passanger airflow is allways very warm. The air velocity is equal out drivers and passanger vents, it's just a big difference in temperature between the two sides. All air cycles appropriatly using the switch function.

They shipped from the factory with too little refrigerant. Even the spec on the truck is wrong. Go to Pep Boys and get can AC Pro refrigerant with the meter attached. It is so easy a kid could do it... It costs about $40. Just follow the easy instructions. Just remember, the amount the truck calls for is wrong. This will make it right.

Driver side blows cold passanger hot

Same problem as mine has. I just found out that it could be the LH Electric actuator, located under the driver side dash, just about straight behind the radio. I got mine in order so i do not knoe if that is the solution yet. just athought for ya.sounds like this should fix it though.

Heater problem on 1995 Olda Aurora

Check the passenger side mode door actuator. This is located under the dash on the passenger side. Once you find it watch the rod as you move the temp lever from hot to cold to see if it moves. If it does make sure that the rod is hooked to the door. If it doesn't the actuator is probably bad or the door is jammed.
