Unfortunately it is a power lock only on the '06-'07 models.

Where is the fuel door release button on a 2009 Saturn Vue?

There is no fuel door release button in 2009 Saturn Vue. When the vehicle is locked the fuel door is also locked. You can only open the fuel door by pulling it from outside when the vehicle is unlocked.

Where is the fuse location for electric steering for 2005 Saturn Vue

The power steering fuse is part of the ignition fuse, it uses power from ignition to engage power relay system on steering column next to the electric powersteering motor. Check the two wire port for ground and power with vehicle running. Mostly all saturns with electric power steering are all under a safety recall, with free replacement.

The security system in my 2003 Saturn Vue won't let me start the car or even lock the doors.

Hi, Must be an internal problem with system. To temperarily by pass pull fuse on system and then you can drive the car.
Check the battery sometimes a low battery will cause same problems.
Good luck.

My drivers side door will not open

There is a spring in the bottom of the door attached to the lock, that spring gets out of alignment, which creates your dilemma, I found the best way to get the door open is to lower the window, then standing on the outside of the door, push down and yank up quickly and then open your door. You can also use the keyless remote to do the same thing but the battery in your keyless must be very strong. My 06 has done this to me on several occassion's, and it gets my dander up each time, its a very frustrating situation. The dealership that I took my to to have it diagnosed wanted to replace the entire door lock assembly for $250, as I choked down their estimate I said no thank you I will fix it myself! So I deal with it when it happens. Its definately not broke though so don't dump a lot of money into fixing it because you will be getting ripped off, its out of alignment basically, and jerking up on the door lock a couple of times should solve your issues until the next time. Try not to slam the doors as this does not help keep your problem from surfacing again.

the amber light is not for the door locks its for the security system, there must be a issue there, either a bad BCM or a BAD PASSLOCK housing,,,it needs to go to dealer to find out which one, right now its in theft mode and it cuts the fuel off,,,

Our 2006 Saturn Vue door, when closed, will not latch - simply bounces back. This problem arrived with cold weather. A bit of warm water on door latch solves the problem, but only once.

This problem has arised everywhere this week with the cold spurt across the country. It even happened in my driveway! Do NOT use hot water to solve the problem, as when the vehicle is back in the cold it will only cause the vehicle to freeze shut and thats worse yet. Try one of these items instead. a small squirt of wd 40 worked for me or you can also use a blow dryer to heat the latch. The hot water trick will only make things worse so try another option next time.

sounds like a short in the security system wiring. i assume you have the locking system with the keyless entry? if so, you've got a short somewhere, most likely. take it to a good mom and pop electrical service place unless you've got a warranty at saturn. you'll get a cheaper price and often get better service.
