SOURCE: 2001 kia sportage blower motor resister

Rule of thumb...unless you get a better answer:  look for a couple of wires on a small plate that is in the airflow of the fan on the heater/ac unit.  The resistor pack is always air cooled by the fan.

SOURCE: air conditioner blower motor resister on dodge grand caravan

in my 2004 grand caravan it's behind the glove box and left of the blower motor. disconnect the wires first then remove the 2 screws to pull out the resistor unit. First make sure you have removed the negative of your batterie. I had the same pm that prevented the blower motor to operate in any speed. I hope this will help

SOURCE: locating heater blower motor resistor

the resistor is behind your glove box. open the box and push in the sides to release it and let it hang down...the resistor is right there. I didn't try to replace it, a friend did it, but the part was under $20.

1992 S10, 4.3 liter pickup. Where are A/C blower and compressor relays located?

Don't know of any fuses for either. If the compressor has no power its probably that its low on freon and the low pressure switch cuts it off to avoid damage to the compressor. If the blower isn't working its probably a bad switch of resistor that is located under the hood into the blower box. Like a 3 prong plug held in with 2 screws. If you take it out it looks like 3 or 4 springs going across. That controls the low, medium, and high functions.

Coolant leaking into cab of 1992 chevy s10

The heater core is leaking, this is what fills with coolant, and heats up from the engine, and the blower pushes the warm air from the heater core into the cab.The garage would be the best bet to replace the heater core for you.

Had new blower put in Chevy 2002 S10 in 2007 and it is out again.

did they chg. the resister when this was done? if not, than thats your problem. heater blower motor resister controls speed of blower. most of the time before it goes out completely it will only run on a couple of speeds or maybe just one speed, but eventuly quit compleatly. sometimes the plug for the resister burns and that has to be chg. too. if you still got your recept from this job i would see if its got a breakdown of what they got listed as far as parts they replaced. if this was done at a dealership i'll bet the 411.00 was just for replacing the heater motor.
