You can't. The alarm and more importantly the immobilizer is there to stop exactly what you are trying to do, steal the car without keys. It is all controlled via the ECM, the computer and uses a transponder in the key and The receiver in the steering column talk to the ECM.
Take your registration document down to your local dealership and get 2 keys keys made. Then reset the system.
Sorry to say, but your key has lost it's security code. If you have another key, try it, sometimes that is all it is. It may or may not work. If you continue to get the error code the immobilizer will need to be replaced or reprogramed. Good luck, i hope this helps.
