2013 Ford Explorer wipers won't shut off

Unfortunately, several cars made today are having these problems, and you have found one of them. Very likely you are in the market for a new wiper motor.
Be blessed.

Have replaced the wiper motor and the wiper switch on my 1998 ford explorer and wipers still only work on high what next?

Try the multifunction switch (the turn signal switch on the left hand side of the steering wheel). This is a$65.00 item at the parts store or ~$45.00 on line. It takes ~ 20 minutes to change. Torx screws hold the unit in place. Phillips screws secure the cover.

Wipers come on when blinker is turned on and won't go off

I think it's a problem with the wiring harness. Probably have a short somewhere.
In reality, things like this, with american cars, it's pretty normal.

I had a ford taurus once.... it was full of electrical and mechanical faults.

Consult a dealership, they could do some troubleshooting.

The windows and windshield wipers work when they feel like it

Sounds like a multifunction switch has gone bad. Just a coincidence with the stereo most likely.
