What kind of gas regular or premium in 2007 Yukon xl slt

The owners manual would call for premium. Regular fuel will do just fine in a pinch but you will get less miles to the gallon.

Reset ecm for premium gas

you dont need to reset your ECM to burn premium gas, just add gas, over time the ECM will adjust to octane. May take a tank or 2.

Otherwise there is a fuse , read articel:

2004 Jetta sedan, 1.8 TDI, about 38000 miles, manual transmission. Always use premium gas (91 octane or above) from name-brand stations. Last serviced in Oct 2010 -- oil change, new tires, new brakes...

You use premium gas in a TDI? Run that by me again? A TDI is a diesel engine car. What don't I understand here? I'm not being a smart __s but this just does not make sense. If you have put gasoline in a TDI, DO NOT DRIVE IT. Tow it to a dealer.

I have a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS. (Not an EVO) does it require premium gas or am i ok with regular 87 octane?

Check your owners manual or if premium fuel is required, it is usually posted near the gas gauge " use premium fuel only ".

What is the best gas for BMW 328 series?

Gasoline is not the same across the country. Nearly every state and even some specific localities mandate different blends. To further complicate things, companies share product at the terminal but sometimes add their own chems before delivery.
Because of that, you need to see what works best where you live.
Further, engines are just like firearms. While a bullet from a particular manufacturer will work fine in one gun, an identical gun from the same company will not perform as well, and will shoot better with another bullet brand.
Stay with "name brand" fuels as much as possible and if there is an note on your gas tank door or cap that says premium fuel only, then use it. (putting high test into an engine that does not need it will never make it run better)
Good luck with your car!

I just bought it and need to no which gas is best for it out of the three types. and if i put regular gas in, will that break it!

when you open the gas flap to put gas in it should say "unleaded fuel only" or " premium unleaded fuel only". If it says premium only use premium. If it just says unleaded then you can use normal unleaded gas. But some stations have a lower grade unleaded gas. Use 88 octane or better.

What type of gas should i use in a 2005 lincoln navigator?

HI. i recommend using the premium in this vehicle. This will ensure optimal performance. The fuel system will accept the regular blend as well but, this is not what this vehicle was engineered for. the regular blends octane level is not sufficient for optimal acceleration and overall performance.

Please rate and god bless:)

recommended is just that... a suggestion. most cars will run just fine on regular gas although you may notice a difference from using premium all the time. if you still have the owners manual it should tell you.
