Found these on ebay-I hope this is what you are looking for. One says it's the 911, but I think when I checked its closer it was actually a 944, the other seemed to be the correct one. I hope so. Good luck! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Porsche-Owners-Manual-1982-911-Turbo-New-OEM_W0QQitemZ350202567994QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotors_Manuals_Literature?hash=item5189b31d3a&_trksid=p4506.m20.l1116

check the fuses for one blown. i'm guessing that has premium sound which has an amplifier. i've had it happen a few times where the radio works and no sound.
please take a moment to rate this solution thanks

Insert key into door barrel or ignition lock and turn key, whilst doing this press the unlock/lock button, the led on the dash should flash to indicate this has initialised the key to the car, then remove key and test operation of remote. If this fails then a new remote plus coding to the car by your dealership is needed

I am assuming that this is very similar to the Boxster. You need to used the becker radio tool remover. The key slides into the little notches in the lower far right and left sides of the radio face. The keys just release the catch, but there is nothing else you can grab to pull the unit out. I had to insert the keys and pull outward to get enough friction to remove the unit.
