Audi a6 tdi 2002 changed key fob last night original key all locks work but engine dies once started
Immobilizer relearn. might need a locksmith, mobile diagnostic or dealer to relearn security. BUT FIRST check youtube and see if there is a procedure you can do yourself. a lot of the times there is. Regards, Tim

You really need a dealer to reset the anti theft and key recognition.There are very few independent shop who can successfully do this .
It does sound like you also might have drivers door micro switch fault...very common as the vehicle gets older . Have the shop can for faults in the body module. It will store a code if the door micro switch is not working.
