Map sensor bad or vacuum &/or power to it missing. Map sensor located on intake manifold or firewall. It has a vacuum hose & electrical connector attached to it. To verify it is bad disconnect electrical connector to it while running. Idle should smooth out & run good. If so need to replace.

crank sensor /cam sensor corrolation codes meaning one was changed and the system wasn't relearned
