SOURCE: Won't start without priming
Sounds like the inlet valve isn't seating properly and allowing the carb bowl to drain out overnight. Make sure the needle valve is not binding and that the float tang is bent properly to set correct float level. Also, make sure carb to manifold nuts are securely tightened.

Sounds like no gas reaching the motor. Could be fuel filter or fuel pump. I would recommed you disconnect the fuel line and start car to see if fuel is coming up if it is then ur injectors r clogged or no good if nothing comes up u know is pump or filter I would change both.

check the fuel pump and see is working properly, if the pump is good than the problems will be the crank sensor is faulty. what crank sensor does it sense the turning of the flywheel and it send a single to ecu, and ecu send a flow of power to turn on the fuel pump as long it sense the flywheel turning.

The pressure regulator is bad,it is allowing the fuel to pass threw to the cylinders, replace the regulator, and a new set of goos spark plugs. This is the fuel pressure regulator.
