If it is not in the fuse box, look under the hood in the main fuse box. there should be a listing inside the fuse box cover inside the car to list all fuses and what they do. for a band aid fix till you find the fuse pull the horn wire from the horn

How do i find fuse for horn

There is a relay for the horn, too. You can simply unplug that.

You didn't define your vehicle. Check the owner's manual for fuse locations.

Horn relays are found under the hood in a fuse/relay enclosure. The horn switch on the steering wheel is part of a low-current circuit that activates the horn relay. That circuit's fuse will be located in the interior fuse panel, wherever that is hiding!

Horn keeps going off

If you stop the horn then your car is no longer road worthy. You have a short circuit, most probably by the steering wheel itself where the wire to the horn connects the horn button. Remove steering wheel and inspect contact strip first.

My car horn will not stop going off. What do I need to do?

Refer to your owners manual for fuse identification and location. Pull out horn fuse, that will shut horn off. Next if you wish to repair problem, you need to find out what is shorting out. Most likely it is your horn pad/airbag steering wheel. IF you need more assistance let me know.

Chevy Avalanche horn stopped working

you may have bad horn, take a test light and see if power is going to horn when horn is pushed, if theres power going to it then you have a bad horn,if theres no power to it then check the horn relay. but il bet if the fuse is good then the horns are bad.

92 accord horn stopped working after going thought

If your fuse is not blown, then you'll want to test the horn voltage with a test light at the horn while the horn switch is being pressed.

I would suggest unplugging the horn & just testing the wire for 12V + and if you have voltage there but the horn won't work when reconnected you'll have to replace the horn.

If the voltage is missing at the horn connection when you do the test, then it has to be either the fuse or the relay, and finally, the switch on the steering wheel. Wiring is a last consideration based upon the circumstance.

The owners manual will have the fuse & relay location.

It of course would be a coincidence for it to be anything but the horn & I do expect that the horn is bad or has a bad connection which you'll correct when you reconnect it after testing! good luck

My horn wont stop honking

you should have 2 fuse blocks, 1 under the hood and 1 inside vehicle near drivers side door or under dash on drivers side. anyways the fuse number for the horn is fuse number 10, however, i am not sure which fuse block this fuse is in, i think it is the inside the vehicle fuse block.
