You can usually find the clips at you local auto store or dealer.
In order to replace them you must remove the door panel to gain access. You might need to remove the window after disconnecting the regulator to gain better access to them.

if possible take the driverside window switch out then put it on the passenger side if this works its the switch let me know what happens

If your window goes down...your motor is good...I had the same problem in my Pontiac Bonneville..It ended being a bad switch...I changed it..end of problem....I hope this was helpful.....PEACE....
