Either the tumblers or the key it's self is worn out.

To replace the Tumbles, you will have to remove everything surrounding it n order to get to it. Normally it is pretty easy after that (if you can turn the key) You turn the key on, and there is a hidden little button indented into the frame work around the key, insert something small to press it in, then pull out on the key and tumbler and the whole thing should slide out.

Show me how Alternator relay on 2011 Kia Sorento look like

Alternators don't have relays. An alternator is a generator of power to charge the battery. Relays are electronic switches using a small amount of power to open and close a larger switch with high amps.

2011 KIA Sorrento 2.4 were is the fuel pressure regulator located. put on adjustable fuel reg .need to disconnect stock one

fuel pressure regulators are normally located in the fuel manifold. They are either vacuum controlled or electronic controlled to maintain the right fuel pressure for engine requirements and to shut off the fuel pump when the ignition is turned off
If your manually adjusted unit will not do all that then you are asking for fault codes to appear and all sorts of problems to occur

2011 kia sorento car wont start

First off have the battery tested, just because it has enough juice to light the dash and the radio doesn't mean it has the 100 amps needed to run the engine starter motor. Autozone and others do battery testing for free.
