You probably unintentionally disconnected a wire connector while removing the radio. Check all connections. Another possibility is accidentally grounding a wire blowing a fuse.
there might be corrosion on the ends of the fuse holder check that or try tuner cleaner before inserting the fuse.could also be a short in the fuse holder.
use a voltage meter to check the circuits for cotinuity if they are grounded out you may end up with even worse problems down the line. volt meter should read no load.
i had this problem....it was the little ac fan in front of the radiator. must have picked up a rock and offset the fan blades so the shaft wouldn't turn and of course blow the fuse everytime i turned it on.
