You need to take the expnsion chamber off..(drop exhaust from engine back) next drill out old manifold bolts (be careful) you will need new bolts and a tap and dye set to rethread wholes possibly before connecting new manifold make sure engine is COLD. expans chamber is where pipes of exhaust connect to manifold, kind of a junction like. If you have aluminuim heads you will need a HIGH speed drill and will take a good deal of time and possibly a few nw bits to get old bolts out all the way. good luck hope this helps you out.

SOURCE: How to change the serpentine belt on '98 Plymouth Breeze?

All you need is a long prubar (or you can rent a tensioner wrench at the parts store) essentially a open end wrench with a 3 ft handle.
Put the tensioner wrench on the nub of the tensioner and pull back... this will release the tension on the old belt. Remove it from one of the pulleys, and then from the entire system.
Note how it is routed through the pulleys, and put the new one on the same way.
The car should have a sticker on the radiator support telling you the path of the belt.

SOURCE: where is the crank sensor located on 1999 plymouth

The crankshaft sensor is behind the crankshaft pulley or harmonic balancer. You can access this by pulling off your tire and the inner wheel well. Then use an air impact preferably a 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch impact to loosen the bolt. Next you will need a pulley puller to got it off the sensor is directly behind the pulley make sure you set the sensor to where the old one was set at.

1999 plymouth breeze 2.0 motor how do I replace exhaust manifold

very straight forward ,there may be a few pipes, wire etc to move out of they way, so make sure you know where every thing goes back if you do have to remove anything , take a photo as you go along for referance , also would be worth getting a workshop manual as will give step by step guide, there are a series of nuts along the exhaust manifold that bolt onto the head , these will be very tight so a long knuckle bar will be required to loosen them off , don't remove one at a time , undo them a little at a time , there will be a clamp that connects the manifold to the exhaust pipe , these are bolted together as well , once the nuts are remove the manifold can be removed , it may require a bit of a tap with a hammer with a piece of wood placed on the manifold , don't hit the manifold directly , clean of the gasket on the head and manifold , refit is just the reverse with a new gasket , there is uasually a cone shaped ring that seals the manifold to the exhaust pipe make sure this is central when refitting or will get a leak good luck

the gears have indicators i and e on opp sides. the i is intake e is exhaust. the i should face away from the valve cover on the side the intake cam is on. this is the side of the head the intake manifold is on. the e should face away from the valve cover on the side the exhaust manifold is on. the e gear will be a slight bit lower than the i gear. almost straight across from each other. good luck
