High idle when air con On 3000rpm

The IAC valve is controlled by the ECU. The IAC or Idle Air control valve, adjusts depending on information that the ECU receives from several engine related sensors. You need to look at everything that you can. Inspect all wiring and connections, around the engine. Look for damaged vacuum lines and if you know how to, look for air leaks going into the head. If unmetered air gets into the engine, bypassing the TAC unit. Then the ECU will not be able to make correct adjustments. Also look at the coolant level, temp, and condition. The long and short of it is that the ECU oversees the engine speed. Depending on different parameters, turning on the A/C sends a signal to the ECU that the engine load has been increased. Depending on other information (whether it is correct or not) the engine speed is increased to maintain engine speed. I hope this information helps but if not please write back. Be as specific and detailed as you can and I'll do my best, good luck.

Masda e2000 84. need points gap to set.

.0016" is usually a good place to start. The gap will change when the dwell is set correctly. Make sure you are talking about breaker point gap and not air gap , as that is something else.

98 b2300 tr wont start how do i check fuel pressure?

there is a fuel supply pipe above the fuel injectors on the right of engine as u stand in front of the truck, on that pipe there is a valve that has a plastic cap on it, the valve looks like a metal tire valve, fuel pressure is checked there, you will need a test gauge to screw on the test port, about $15 at any Kragen or Autozone.

Stalling/ wont start

If you have fuel to the carb but it isnt delivering it to the engine, that can be due to a few conditions.
1. your needle valve or float could be stuck. next time you take off the fuel line, try spraying some carb cleaner into the inlet then GENTLY tap on the bowl. That may free it for the time being.
2. your jets are clogged which wiould require you to dismantle the carb and at least clean it well inside.
A carb repair kit is inexpensive and dont be afraid if you have left over parts (you will) a complete carb rebuild is only for skilled technicians. You just want to take it apart and give everything a good hosing with carb cleaner, put the new needle valve in and gaskets on and reinstall.
Lucas oil products makes great fuel cleaners once you have it running again

1993 olds bravada 4.3L when outside temp is above 85 deg. engine misses at 65 and above when it is put to full throttle it runs fine vaccum leak ?

Well, it's really hard to tell what going on without actually seeing it, so you need to be the eyes here and I'll just name off some things that can cause irratic operation. (I'll go from least to most expensive)
Vacuum leaks is a yes. Check mounting bolts at the intake manifold for tightness. Make sure all vacuum hoses are connected and in good condition, look for dry rot or breaks.
It may need a tune up if you haven't done this in a while, make sure you set the spark plug gap correctly... which is .045' (models equiped with ECM System) .035' for all others .
This tune up would include plugs, rotor bug, distribitor cap and wires. For the price, you may want to replace the Coil Assembly, fuel and air filters also. Run a few bottles of injector cleaner through the gas tank and a bottle of "HEET" to remove any moisture and debriese.
I suggest you run the ECM (Electronic Control Module) in diagnostic mode to see if there are any codes stored. Use a Haynes Repair Manual to guide you through troubleshooting and repairs if needed. (Available at your local Auto Parts Store).
The Valve Settings and engine timing play a role in how the motor performs under stresses such as temperature and driving conditions. If the motor has alot of miles on it, wear and tear requires you may need resetting valve clearence lash and maybe replacing the timing chain and gear assembly.
(It's always lots easier to replace the timing chain and gear "before" it goes out completely)
Ok, guess the rest is up to you. I hope this helps, good luck!
