Question about 2007 Mazda MAZDA5
I have a 2007 Mazda5. The battery in the key fob has died, but I can't open it to see which battery to buy. How do I open the key fob so I can replace the battery?
Holding your fob you should see a seam running along the side. Follow that seam to the ring attachment point and you will see that it widens. Insert the corner of a credit card or a small flat head screw driver into this area and twist. The fob will pop open.
FYI: CR2025 is your battery type.

Bring it to a "Batteries Plus" type store; they can repair the fob if it is ony a broken battery clip. They did it for me for free! IF it is not the fob, then bring it to a dealer??

Usually the dealership is the fastest most convenient place however if you bring in your keyless remote you could most likely find a battery at any custom car alarm store or stereo shop.

more than likely it is your mass air flow sensor. Had a ford pick up do the same thing die out when I came to a stop, but started right back up
