What is the maximum towing waight for my fiat unlysse 8seater 2 leater desal automatic

That information has legal and insurance implications if you are towing so I don't want to give the wrong figure. You don't give the year/model of your vehicle, so yours may be different
As an example, for a 2003-2005 vehicle, Fiat Ulysse 2.0 JTD 16V Eleganza 5d Auto Parkers list it as
Unbraked Towing Weight 650 kg
Braked Towing Weight 1345 kg
However... you can get the info from your VIN plate, here is an example of how it's laid out, (not Fiat)
http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/images/vin.gif
and by the way your spelling is dreadful.

2004 fiat ulysse 2.0 petrol the headlights go on and off on their own and the wipers. the horn doesnt work and the airbag light is on has anyone got any ideasplease

This must be something related to electric problems.... Looks like you have loosen connection somewhere..... I would check - (ground) on your battery (in Ulysse is under floor in front of passengers seat) and then ground cable leading to fuse box (behind the right headlamp unit under hood).
it also can be loosen fuse, but it would make problem just with one device.... if this won't help, take it to electrician

Light on dash of Fiat Ulysee coming on. It a

That light is telling you that your brakes are worn. There is a wire connected to the front brake pads, and when the brakes reach a certain point, they trigger the light. Sometimes the light is triggered prematurely if one of the wires breaks or gets disconnected. Either way, you should check your brakes. As for the Fiat lights being the same, you are mistaken with your particular vehicle. The Fiat Ulysse is actually made by Peugeot, and is identical to the Peugeot 806, the and the Citroen Evasion.
