Question about 2001 Pontiac Sunfire
Turn key to attempt to start the vehicle then release and let it sit for 10 min till it stops flashing. then start the vehicle. The passlock sensor is in the ignition cylinder but is really easy to replace you can switch out sensor in 30 min. or less.

Turn the car on to accessories wait tem minutes then turn it off and restart.
