Not really sure on parts pricing (probably very expensive) but very complicated and work intensive to install... Need to get the engine computer reprogrammed for cruise control, install all the wiring (to the brake light switch, the speed sensors, etc...) install the servo/vacuum motor and cables to the throttle assembly...

SOURCE: Hyundai Tucson

The transmission filter is inside the transmission. You have to drain out the oil and remove the transmission pan and gasket. The filter is made of metal guaze and is screwed/bolted to the underneath of the valve body.

2007 huyndia tucson 2.0 i need the timing marks on exhaust cam and inake cam on the chain

Exhaust camshaft gear and Intake gears have dots on them, chain has colored links. Align colored links to dots or count 14 links from ex cam dot to intake dot. Make sure that the mark on the cambelt side is set first on ex side. Small hole on ex cam gear (cambelt) side to line up with mark on head.

Timing belt broke 2005 hyundai tucson. New belt & tensioner& water pump Compression check shows no compression # 2 & # 6. Is it worth it to rebuild top end ?

I would say so, most probably the valves have been bent by hitting the pistons when the belt broke. When the belt breaks, the valves stop mmoving, and the pistons keep moving and will hit the valves and damage them.

Gear stick vibration only in 3rd gear @ 2500 rpm on my new 2009 Tucson 2l any idea what causes this,as dealer says new "PART" needs to be fitted

My brand new 2009 Tucson has the same problem. My dealer said it needs a 3rd Gear Kit fitted.
They are on back order as a number of other Tucson's have the same problem. I may have to wait 3 months for the part.
My dealer has ordered 126 back order parts for this problem.

How often do I have to change the timing belt

On the 2L (4 cylinder) engine it is recommended to inspect the belt at 37200 miles and replace the belt at 56000 miles.

On the 2.7L (V6) it is recommended to replace the belt at 60000 miles.

And, both these engines are interference engines (meaning if they break a belt, pistons hit and bend valves) which is not a pretty sight...
