Which means the A/c fuse went first. Isolate the A/c line and see if by patching any of the fuses restores the engine ignition. Don't bother for lights and other accessories, get the electricals changed a.s.a.p...........sodeep

Fan, heat and air blowing all the time wont shut off comes on as soon as I turn car on

It sound like the heat and AC dash switch control unit has developed a short and effectively fused some contacts together.
The danger is that electrical shorts have the possibility of starting a fire.
The electrical circuit can be disconnected by removing the heater and AC fuses from the fuse box.

Why is my 2003 land rover Freelander burning 20amp fuel system fuses

You have an electrical short in that circuit. The fuse is doing its job, preventing a fire (barely). You need to find where the short is before trying to operate this vehicle again, or you will end up setting it on fire. Look for the burned/melted wires.

Why does my car die when i hit the fuse box?

I would have that checked as soon as possible by someone trained in electronics if you do not feel comfortable doing so. It could be a short that could catch the vehicle on fire.

Replaced Blower Motor and Resistor.AC works but the Blower Motor relay Keeps melting.

So you need a repair shop or dealer to do the
required testing to find & resolve ALL wiring
& electrical problems

You do not want a guess from an internet site
Doesn't work that way

Need wiring diagrams, lots of your time to explain the
issues & some detailed & possibly lengthy & for you, costly
labor time, to just find the main issue

Turn signals not working

light bulb died? if not then

either blown fuse, cause by water entering in fuse box, or burnt out because of old age

or, somewhere in your car, a positive electrical wire has melted and is touching the ground (the chassis) of the car and is causing low voltage in your electrical system, which could damage components, check around areas that is hot, mufflers, engine bay

Range rover have no heat or ac

First thing I would do is check your fuses. If all of your fuses are intact, I would make the assumption that it must be the control assembly itself (your actual dash control unit) since to my knowledge it is the only point where the two exclusive systems (heating and AC) are integrated with each other, aside from sharing the duct and to some extent, the electrical system. Being that neither the heating NOR cooling system will work, it seems the only common denominator.

If you have blown fuse(s), remember that fuses almost never blow for no reason (wierd things DO happen on occasion!), and this is usually just a symptom of a deeper issue, such as a short or fault in your electrical system such as your fans, or other components, drawing too much current. Locked fan rotors will blow fuses, for example. Having to replace the fuse again in short order would indeed indicate the need to troubleshoot further.

Good luck!

Fuse diagram - a/c won't work

not sure if it's the AC... sounds like a short in the starter / solenoid... check the wiring harness that runs from starter to battery.. if it popped free from mooring it could have gotten too close to exhaust manifold? or engine block and melted the sleeve allowing bare wires to short out..

or check the spark plug cables... if the are "dry rotted" or crack when you bend them (usually closest end to engine block) they will short out and kill the motor out even while driving...

will try to scan the fuse box schematic and post for you..
