Que tal!!!! posiblemente es un problema de comprecion y 1995 yo diria que el convertidor catalitico tiene que estar tapado si el sensor de oxigeno esta antes que este tal vez por eso no tienes codigos o check engine ligth on

P0442 refers to a small leak in the Evaporative Emissions System(It purges fuel tank vapors into the engine to be burned rather than vented into the atmosphere). From time to time the PCM pressurizes this system to check its integrity. If it senses a small leak, then it sets this code.
Is your gas cap on tight? Recheck it.
The evaporative emission system is probed by applying vacuum to the EVAP system and monitoring for a vacuum decay.
The engine control module (ECM) monitors the vacuum level through the fuel tank pressure sensor signal.
The EVAP canister purge valve and the EVAP vent solenoid are turned on at the nick of time, allowing the engine to **** up a small vacuum on the entire EVAP system.
After the requisite vacuum level has been obtained, the EVAP canister purge valve is switched OFF, locking the system entirely.
If sufficient vacuum level cannot be derived, a large leak is indicated. This can be caused by the following conditions
The P1684 code simply means that the battery has been disconneted within the last 50 starts.

Sugiero revisar sistema de envio de combustible, presion de bomba, asi como componentes que mantienen el minimo (ralenti) del vehiculo. Descartado eso, verfificar sensores IAC y oxigeno.

Basically this means that the the car's computer has detected that not all of the engine's cylinders are firing properly.
A P0300 diagnostic code indicates a random or multiple misfire. If the last digit is a number other than zero, it corresponds to the cylinder number that is misfiring. A P0302 code, for example, would tell you cylinder number two is misfiring. Unfortunately, a P0300 doesn't tell you specifically which cylinder(s) is/are mis-firing, nor why.

Causes A code P0300 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
If there are symptoms such as the engine is stumbling or hesitating, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would suggest spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable). Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the catalytic converter has gone bad. If you smell rotten eggs in the exhaust, your cat converter needs to be replaced. I've also heard in other cases the problems were faulty fuel injectors.
Random misfires that jump around from one cylinder to another (read: P030x codes) also will set a P0300 code. The underlying cause is often a lean fuel condition, which may be due to a vacuum leak in the intake manifold or unmetered air getting past the airflow sensor, or an EGR valve that is stuck open

Lo más fácil que hacer primero es un control visual de las cosas. Inspeccione visualmente el sistema de escape que no haya fugas, comprobar el convertidor catalítico de abolladuras, huecos, decoloración severa, y compruebe que un cascabel en su interior. Si alguno de los syptoms están ahí, el convertidor de posibles necesidades de reemplazo. A continuación, inspeccione visualmente el sensor de O2 aguas abajo (detrás del convertidor). Compruebe si hay cables rotos, errores evidentes, etc Si todo lo que los cheques, usted querrá comprobar el funcionamiento del sensor de O2. Para ello, tendrás acceso a una herramienta de exploración o osciloscopio. Compruebe que la forma de onda es bastante estable. Si la lectura varía entonces el sensor es probable mal y tendrá que ser reemplazado
