Question about Jeep Grand Cherokee
Putting a motor in jeep and i have one plug on harness that i cant find termination point approx top of trans close to bell housing
login and read, its all there all the time.
02 cherokee is here
tripler posted too, (backup and read them?)
why not post the full car spec, as it was built.
we dont know that, nor did you post a photo of conn.
no the wire colors, nor country.
In the USA,the colors of the wires are USA colors. (they have export models too. and wired diffr.)
so no photos, no colors , and no drive line options, stated
mine was a 5sped, with 4wd.
see? i bet mine was different from yours, no?
the FSM covers all this,
free is here.
get a subs.
and login here. for $15 lousy bucks. why beg for facts and worse get bad advice, nobody knows what in your jeep. nobody.
many connectors on a car, are NOT USED,
that is because they dont make a harness for every permutation of DAY 1 (as built) OPTIONS.
Does something not work, if yes, say what it is.?
my FSM shows the shematics in 3 ways,
and the harness physical routings. and the connectors and pins and names of each one. so I you had the FSM in hand.
all that would be easter egg easy.
(like cruise control conn. 1, missing, because, its not opted)

Your public library will have a manual covering your mechanical repair. Moreover, they have the automotive shops online software called AllData. It is the best auto technician database available today. You can print out specific troubleshooting procedures, diagrams, step-by-step istructions, and soforth. The typical person cannot afford to pay for this service, just automotive dealerships, etc... that is why the public library made it available to everyone and for free to view and print out material. This should Fixya! Good Luck!

Yes, in back of your engine block, there two freeze plugs, these plugs hold water or coolant in the block, to replace these freeze plugs, transmission will have to be remove, if your going to get this done, I would also have the rear main seal replace at the same time, should not cost you much labor to do this, due to if it starts to leak oil from there in the future, transmission will have to come out again, this will save you money and time down the road, hope this was very helpful.
