SOURCE: I'm trying to recharge the A/C in my 04 PT

The low side connectors are diffrent from the high side, you would not be able to connect it anyways. The high side has a bigger port that the low side, and it would not fit anyways.

SOURCE: which line high pressure A/C line and which is the

The low pressure line should be the larger of the two lines. If you have 134A and are trying to refill it the connector will only fit the Low Pressure side as they are different sizes. Today's refill kits come with the connector and it only fits one side.

Fuel line location?

You did not mention type of vehicle but will give a general answer. If older vehicle with carb then fuel line comes from fuel pump right on engine and goes into carb with a fairly large metal line. On anything newer there are several lines because fuel injection requires constant high pressure in system. So fuel is pumped from a pump located in tank all the way through large line down length of car to fuel rail under hood. The fuel rail has a pressure regulator and whatever fuel is not needed is pumped back to tank in second line. These lines run together all the way from tank and are fairly large diameter. Bigger than brake lines. So look for two lines coming under vehicle to top of engine.

LOCATE PORTS TO ADD FREON

the low pressure port is usually in the accumulator (aka receiver/drier) which is the large silver cylinder on the passenger side. If its not there, sometimes it is on the a/c compressor on the marge diameter hose/line. The high side is on the smaller line near the coolant reservoir. The low side is the one you want to fill with.

I am guessing you are talking about air conditioning ports?, if so, word of thumb, the port on the large diameter hose is low side and the smaller diameter is the high side or pressure side.

Where is the a/c drain line location for a 1999 ford expedition?

There is no A/C drain line. The A/C refrigerant is removed or added by way of the low pressure port. The low pressure port usually has a black or blue cap with L written on the top. Find the large diameter tube leading from the compressor back to the firewall. Sometimes the port is on or near the compressor or on the accumulator neat the firewall and is not on the large diameter tube. Make sure you have the low pressure port. Connect to the high pressure port and the can may explode so make sure you have the correct port.

Where is the a/c refrigerant charging port

On ANY car, its between the firewall and the compressor, on the LARGER (diameter) line. The SMALL line is high pressure, the LARGE line is low pressure. If you follow the large line from the firewall to the compressor, you will find it.

Where is the low side a/c port on 2001 lincoln ls?

There should be two lines/hoses that come from the compressor. If you can locate these lines, the low pressure side is the larger diameter line or hose. The high pressure side is the smaller diameter line/hose. The re-charge goes into the larger, low pressure side.

Have 134a refrigerant and shop where I bought it said owners manual will have the how to instructions. Unfortunately it doesn't. I see on the line there is a stem to screw the hose into but want to make...

No,you won't find it in the owner's manual. It charges through the low pressure side, which is the larger of the 2 available ports. You can't hook it up wrong. I suggest you buy a Hayne's manual for the truck. It has 90% of any answer you might need. A/C can be tricky to fix for the novice. If charging doesn't work, take it to the shop.

01 Suburban AC question

check the space between the ports, it is common to have both fittings on the same line if and only if the orifice tube is located between them because thats what seperates the low pressure side from the high pressure side, the high pressure side will be warm to hot when the a/c is running, once the hot liquid hits the orifice tube it turns into a cool vapor, so if you feel one side is hot and one side is cool then the orifice tube is whats between them and it is true that the low and high pressure sides can be on the same line.
