Yeah, get a second opinion from a Toyota mechanic. I would think the pistons are misfiring because the space is either to wide or too short. They should check the gap on the spark plugs.

Testimonial: "the spark plugs where new purchased from toyota, original dense, you think the spark plugs is causing the problem, when i removed the spark plugs they were black with carbon and also lots of carbon coming out from the exhaust?"

2002 toyota camry se what is wrong when has cylinder #1-2 -4 check detected code p0301

this code tells you that you have a miss fire on cylinder #1. it could be a bad plug, bad wire, bad coil, bad injector, vacumn leak a intake runner for this cylinder. you will have to check anything that affects cylinder #1 only.

What would be the problem 1998 toyota camry 4 cylinder 1 of the coils is not firing

if you have 12v and a switching signal but the individual coil wont fire,
verify its the coil by switching it with another cylinder. if the problem follows the coil to the other cylinder you must buy one

Why are cylinders 1 3 and 5 are miss firing 1997 toyota camry

you cannot change oxygen sensors from front to back as they are 2 completely different units doing completely different jobs
the problem is water in the electronics and you use a dewatering fluid ( wd-40 or like ) to disperse the water not starter fluid

I need a spark plug wiring diagram for a 1992 Toyota Camry, 4 cylinder, 2200 motor.

I believe your firing order is 1-3-4-2. You may see a number 1 on the distributor cap on this vehicle. That is the #1 plug wire. The wire hole next to that would go to spark plug 3 etc. Easiest way is to change wires one at a time. Hope this helped.

Coil pack

Cylinders 2 - 4 - 6 are facing the radiator. Cylinder 2 is closest to the drive belts.

Cylinders 1 - 3 - 5 are facing the firewall, cylinder one closest to the drive belts.

Hope this helps; and Thanks for choosing FixYa for assistance.
