I hope you used all factory parts, it makes a difference. Compression test? nope valve guides I really doubt it
have someone do a smoke test for vacuum leaks you can have a sucked intake manifold gasket smoke test is really the only way to find a small vacuum leak
contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions and feedback please
Thank you, Randy
Do we know for sure that the PCM (computer) is actually firing all the injectors? you need a
NOID LIGHT for this test

It could be a clogged fuel filter, bad gas. Or if you have done alot of modifications to it, the injectors may not be able to keep up.

po330 is a bad knock sensor, the sensor will cause, sluggish engine, poor acceleration, poor fuel economy. the signal is sent to pcm and the timing is retarded to compensate for the severe detonition. on 4 cylinder models, the knock sensor is located on the rear firewall side of the engine block, below exhaust manifold.on v6 models , the sensor is located on the front radiator side of engine block above the oil filter.

Spark plugs, wires and injectors, have nothing to do with your problem
PO303 is a misfire on cylinder #3
You may have an individual cylinder coil for that cyl or a coil pack for
several cyl, don't know the engine you have.
You may also have other issues that are causing the shaking
