It is important to replace head bolts after repairts, if they had washers they must be refitted,the bolts should not come loose is the head alloy ? if so it may have softened , if the engine was overheated , if that is so the head will have to be replaced.

In the United States, our traditions are to never reuse connecting rod bolts, or head bolts, (or other engine assembly bolts for that matter,) because of "stretching".
Since all these bolts are torqued to a high number, they will stretch somewhat, even if it is a few thousands of an inch.
Therefore, reusing them can cause a mis-reading of the torque.
So, in America, almost all certified mechanics use new bolts for each engine assembly.

If the cv boots( the rubber booties) are still intact and not torn or cracked then you are probably OK to reuse them. They are sealed, hold grease , and keep the dirt out. As far as getting the rivets out I prefer to use an air chisel, it is the fastest and most affective way I have found.

Remove accessory drive belts.
Remove water pump pulley to pump hub attaching bolts, then the pulley.
Remove right inner fender panel to gain access to crankshaft pulley.
Remove outer crankshaft pulley attaching bolts, then the outer stiffener/spacer and outer pulley
Remove inner stiffener/spacer, attaching screws, inner pulley and baffle plate.
Remove attaching bolts, then the upper and lower timing covers.
Reverse procedure to install. When installing crankshaft pulley, ensure curved lip on baffle plate and deep recess of inner pulley face outward
Remove timing belt covers as outlined previously.
Remove timing belt tensioner pulley attaching bolt, then the tensioner pulley, spring and spring cover
If reusing old belt, mark direction of rotation on belt to aid installation.
Remove timing belt from crankshaft and camshaft sprockets.
Check crankshaft and camshaft sprockets, tensioner pulley and timing belt for wear or damage. Replace components as necessary.
Align camshaft and crankshaft sprocket timing marks with marks on cylinder head and oil pump housing
Install timing belt. If reusing old belt, ensure belt is installed so that direction of rotation mark made during removal is positioned correctly.
Install spring and spring cover onto tensioner pulley, then install pulley and attaching bolt. Do not tighten bolt at this time.
Install tensioner spring onto anchor, then tighten pulley attaching bolt to torque listed at the end of this section.

The codes that you provided us means the following :----
Code P 0500 :---- The speed sensor is not working or malfunctioning.
Code P 0462 :---- There is a low input in the Fuel Level Sensor Circuit.
Code P 1693 :---- This means that the Turbo Charge Control Circuit is Malfunctioning.
You have to call a mechanic to rectify these faulty areas. Only a certified mechanic can fully recover performance.
