If anyone can help please respond. 1994 buick lesabre custom will not turn over when I start the car. need help bad

Do you mean won't crank or won't start? If it won't crank, and you don't see a SECURITY light on the dash,it could be the starter,or maybe the PRNDL switch(my bet is the starter, since GM can't build a decent starter or alternator). If you do see the SECURITY light, you are probably looking at replacing the ignition lock cylinder. If you are referring to a "cranks but no start" condition, you have to determine what is not working(no spark,no compression,or no fuel) to get a handle on the problem.

Security light flashes as you turn ignition key on and car won't turn over

if that has a chipped key for the security system, try another key, that will let you know if its a bad key or the reader is screwing up.

My security light stays on when I am driving; what does this mean? 1994 park avenue Buick??

This means that the engine is already running when the security system finds a fault in the ignition switch/key-in circuit. This can be caused by a heavy load on the ignition switch due to many keys and other objects hanging from your key ring, or it can be that the ignition lock tumbler assembly is just plain worn out and needs to be replaced. This is a sign that the system is beginning to fail. It can continue to get worse until it starts happening BEFORE the engine is running. At this point, it will cause the engine to not start.

Ignition will not start car. i think it may be passkey problem.

if security keeps blinking than what you have is a bad ignition switch, there is a wire built into the switch to recognise the passkeyand what happens over a period of time the wire will break internally.
When replacing this if doing yourself be carefull when removing and installing new one. After installation you will have to have the key recoded by using the dummy key that comes with the switch.
Good luck and please rank this solution, if I can be of any other help, please let me know. Thank you for using
