Have you checked the fuses? Do your brake and tail lightswere is the fuse for the inside door lights on a - mag-glass_10x10.gif work?? Most cars use the same fuse for brakes and interia lights. For a couple of bucks ya can buy a 12 volt tester, a small screw driver type of devise with a pointed end. Just put the aligater clip on any bare metal of the car and poke the pointed end into any possitive power supply of the car and it will light up if the circut is ok. Hope this help ya ...

06 Silverado interior lights don't work when open doors dome light work on switch can't find fuse

If the lights work on the switch then you have tested the fuse. The fuse is listed in the owner's manual. Is this problem true for all four (or two) doors? None turn on the interior lights when opened.

No tail lights and no inside cab lights NEED FUSE BOX DIEAGRAM 1999 CHEV SILVERADO 2500 4X4

the fuses have little metal tabs on each one . use a ohm meter to check continuity on each fuse by probing the metal tabs on each fuse with the two leads from the ohm meter. repeat until you find the culprit. many times this happens when trailer is pulled or trailer wiring harness has been chaffed

I lost the dash lights in my 1999 chevy silverado 1500 4x4

sounds like you need to check some fuses does your radio and air control lights come on @ all or your interior lights when you open the doors you have two places that fuses are located one under the dash and the other in the engine compartment your user manual should show you where to locate them and you might see a diagram to see what fuses are for what components on the car my truck has a pannel on the driver side of the dash it is a triangle shape pannel that pops out so it can be tricky to locate the fuses some times

I have a 1999 chevy silverado and my parking light on the left rear is not workig. I have checked the fuses and they are good. Replaced the bulb and replaced the socket for the bulb and still does not...

Loosen up the housing and re-tighten, it may not be getting a good ground. Also, turn on the park lights and check for voltage at the fuse. Some auto;s have other fuses that work with other components. You can look in your manual and it may say fuse 14 is for park lights but look at other fuse locations and it will state fuse 25 is for park lights, horn, cig lighter, tow hook up. These are not the right fuse locations, just giving example of how it may be. Good luck

Need a fuse box diagram for a 1999 Silverado 1500. Trailer running lights are not working and need to know which fuse to check.

Hello, my name is Ben. Here is the diagram, sorry it's so small but the site has limits on images. The two upper left that are circled are 10A, one for left turn and one for right turn. The circled one in the middle is for parking 15A. The brake fuse seems to be the same one for all lights and it's behind the panel on the driver's end of the dashboard. If I can help anymore, just ask. 5dc3da8.jpg

05 silverado driver side door will not lock. What

dont waste your time checking fuses, if it was a fuse ALL doors would not work. Take the door panel off and check the voltage to the lock solenoid when you lock/unlock the door, if voltage is good then you have a bad solenoid, replace it.
