one is located over the battery, the other is located in the side of the dash.
If you pop your hood the battery will be on your right sid in the front of the engine bay. There is a small rectangular piece on top of the battery with a lot of heavy guage red wires going to it. That is the engine bay fuse box.
if you open your driver side car door it's under neath a panel located inbetween the door and the dash board.

It's your clockspring. It's inside your steering wheel, underneath the airbag. Controls the electrical connection to your airbag and horn.

SOURCE: The horn doesn'work
It'll be located on the driver's side behind the bumper assembly and the wheel.
You may need to remove the plastic guard in the wheel liner or under the car to gain access to it...
