Question about 1996 Honda Civic
Was driving my 96 Honda Civic (5 speed manual) down the road, in 2nd gear, slowly accelerating at approx 3200rpm. The car dropped down to 2000 rpm (no matter what I did with the gas pedal) for approx 4-5 seconds, then died completly.
I have changed the distributor, ICM, Coil, Wires, and Plugs. There is fuel at the rail, and I still have no spark. Since its an early 96, my OBD II scanner cant pull the codes... and Im really out of ideas aside from the PCM and the wiring harness. Any other ideas?
If you can hear the fuel pump cut in, try the mass air flow sensor. MAF.
