Remove the wheel --remove the calipers from the stub support . The rotor should slip off the studs or check and remove the counter sunk screws hold the rotors onto the hub.

SOURCE: brakes pulsing on a 2005
The pulse is due to thickness variation of the rotors,have to have them machined to even 'em back up.Getting hard to find a shop that will do that,because replacement rotors are so cheap,but it's better to get 'em machined .They will stay true longer
