SOURCE: front turn signal bublb replacement

The only real way to do this is to remove the headlight assembly. There are two T30 Torx bolts on the top brackets for the headlight - remove those. The third bolt is harder to see. In the top of the fender, down over the headlight, there is a round hole. Shine a flashlight down there and you'll see the third Torx bolt. Unscrew that and then use one of those $1 magnetic retrieval tools they sell at the parts store to pull the bolt out.

Once these three bolts are out, you can manipulate the headlight out of the front of the car. From that point it's easy to replace the bulb. Reassembly is the reverse of removal.

SOURCE: Replacing front turn signal bulb on 2006 Cadillac SRX

wow i feel sorry for you because Cadillac designed this bulb to be a don't get to bulb but OK here's what you do take the bottom cover off or skid plastic panel under neath the front end theirs little plastic clips holding it on just get come dikes and don't cut them but just use it to help pull them out. after you get that off use a flash light and locate your light housing you should see two screws holding the house in i think those screws are 8mm i cant remember remove those two screws and be careful the metal from the bumper cuts you pull the light housing out and remove all the screws around the housing and open the housing up replace the bulb and make sure your contact to the bulbs clean and then reassemble the way you took apart. if you cant get it well then best bet is take it somewhere i know Cadillac charges an arm and a leg so you can go somewhere else.

All signals and other flashers work but passenger front flashers do not work

Use a test light, test for power and ground at the bulb contacts. Then test for power and ground at the wires. Probably needs a new socket, common problem.

Grand prix front turn signals lights will not work but rears flash rapidly.

Definitely not the flasher, as long as it is flashing or blinking somewhere. Rapid flashing indicates a burned bulb, but since you already tried new bulbs in front, possibly bad bulb sockets, loose connectors, or a bad ground for the front bulbs. If you have a test light or voltmeter (multimeter), check for power at the socket when turns are on. If power then at the front, try new bulbs or trace the ground for those lights. If no power to the socket for turn signals, recheck wiring.

How to replace bulb in front bumper turn signal housing 1995 jag xj6

hello,
  • Identify the blown bulb. Note that if a headlight bulb has blown, the dip beam is on the outside and the high beam is on the inside. Turn off the ignition switch and light switches.

  • Open the hood and replace any blown headlight bulbs. Press the plastic spring clips and remove the bulb holder from the assembly. Pull the bulb out of the bulb holder and replace it with a new bulb. It only fits one way. Be sure not to touch the bulb's glass. Replace any parking lights at the same time, they are in the headlamp unit too.

  • Remove the front turn signal light unit in the bumper to change the turn signal bulb. Push gently on the inside edge and insert a blade between the bumper and the lens at the outside edge. Compress the spring and remove the lens. Fit a new lamp by inserting it into the plug. The side marker light is changed using a similar process.

  • Open the trunk to replace the rear fog light, stop light, tail light, reversing light and turn signal light. Remove the rear light cover and turn the bulb holder fastener 90 degrees counter clockwise. Remove the expired bulb, fit a new one and replace the parts, turning the bulb holder clockwise.

  • Thanks..

The front turn signals do not work. The rear turn signals do work. The left turn signal went out first, followed by the right turn signal two or three days later.

Sound like U just need to replace the burned out turn signal bulbs. Does your inside turn indicator blink faster than it use to, cause thats an indication that U have a bad bulb.

    Hope U find this helpfull

Left turn signal not working at all

It is the blinker bulb more than likely. When one burns out it does this so you know to replace. Just open up the trunk and remove assembly from inside trunk remove bulb and replace. Should fix it.

Front turn signal, how to remove bulb? 1995 Cutlass Cierra

Only way you will get it out now is to use a pair of needle nosed pliers and some wd40 or other solvent. Grab the brass part of the bulb and twist it. It will collapse towards the center and get smaller as you do this. Sometimes it takes a bit of "destruction" to get it out.
Make sure you clean as much rust from the inside of the socket before replacing bulb. I usually wipe some grease on new bulb base to prevent this sort of thing. If socket is badly damaged and can't be re-used, you can buy a new one from most parts outlets and just cut the wires and connect. (get the wires on right or it won't work correctly!)
    Good luck!
