Some very basic points first....have you checked and replaced the fuel filter ? These often clog over time and require replacing at service intervals. Is there a water separator in the fuel system and if so have you drained it ? Have you tried running the engine from another fuel source ? I have known fuel pipes to break down internally and cause restrictions to the flow of fuel from tank to engine. If the engine starts and runs then dies it is almost certainly going to be fuel supply causing the issue.

The fuel line coming from the gas tank on my 909 newholland swather with a 172 cc engine has air bubbles going into the sediment bowl and that starts to run very rough and than will stall out or not h

Check the sediment bowl o ring seal if it has one as air may be coming in that area . I would double check the fuel line connections for tightness and dry rot on the outside of the fuel hoses .

Why will my car will start and run for about 15 minutes then dies, if i turn on the air or radio

So you tested what?

We can not guess here for you

How about fuel pressure at the motor when it quits
How about loss of spark or injector pulse

Check for a worn out fuel pump

You turn on accy's A/C etc it slowly quits

Have to tell all that to a repair shop

How old is the battery 3,4,5,6,years old
Killed it a few times
Maybe only a failed battery

Not often a motor will shuts off, unless you really a serious
problem or very very neglected vehicle

Craftsman gas pressure model#580-752220 willnot stay running. Only after you push the primer 10-20 times it will start &run for 5-10sec..It will run if you pour gas in carburetor. If you quit with the...

Sounds like the idle jet in the carb is plugged up.

It only stays running from the primer load, then dies when that is used up, as the gas can not get from the float bowl through the idle jet.

Did you store it for a while with the gas still in it?

If so, what happens is the gas starts to go bad, and over time it can get almost like a varnish.

When this happens, it starts plugging up the small ports in the carb, starting with the smallest, which is the idle jet.

Before storing for any length of time, your best bet is to drain the gas and run the float bowl dry.
If not that, at least add some fuel stabilizer to the gas left in it, and run it for about 5 minutes with the stabilizer in the fuel.

Mercedes 260e wont start

There are a couple of things it may be . Sometimes when a car is run completely out of gas they become air locked.the fuel sytem needs to be bled to remove the air. Most fuel pumps are located in the gas tank and some actually use the fuel to cool the electric pump motor. Running the tank dry may have overheated the motor and burned it out in which case the fuel pump will have to be replaced. Hope this helps.

Ran out of gas then filled up now car wont start. I have a 97 pontiac sunfire

The electric fuel pump located in the gas tank can and do burn out, from running out of gas. If it won't run, the fuel pressure will need to be checked to make certain it is the fuel pump. A fuel filter can get plugged and the motor will quit running, but you are sure that you ran out of gas?

Every time I put gas in my car it takes approx. ten minutes before it will start up. I let my car run while putting gas in it and my car stopped running. But I was able to start it back up 10 minutes later

keeping the vehicle running during a fill up is a definite NO NO! there is the increased risk of a fire(very bad) the possibikity of someone stealing your car(bad) and the increase for the problem you are experianceing( not so bad, fixable and preventable). the reason youre having the trouble is youre essentially flooding the engine with raw gas. while the engine is running it creates vaccuum in the evaporative emission system. in a nutshell, its constantly sucking the fumes out of the gas tank and burning them by running it thru the engine, there is a small valve in the tank thats supposed to be exposed to air in the tank, when you fill the tank with the engine running you are drawing this air out while the fuel is being added and you are more than likely sucking the raw fuel into the charcoal canister and its becoming flooded with fuel instead of vapor. after you wait about 10 min this exess fuel has evaporated enough that just the vapor is being drawn into the engine again and allowing it to start. in short dont keep the car running while filling, dont fill past where the hose shuts off the first time, trying to cram an extra half gallon into the tank, and this should no longer be an issue.

Does your car kind of sputter? Rpm's jump and when you try to accelerate the car bogs until the end result is a stall? If so most people assume its the fuel filter and some belive its electrical, but from a sim ilar experience I found out that replacing the cam position sensor was the solution to my problem. Nothing bad has happened since. Hope this helps you pout.

Intermitant stall

Never owned one but maybe your car is Vapor locked...It's when your gas tank pressure becomes greater than your fuel pump..It's caused from years of over filling your gas tank...Your car is designed to burn vapors. But gas goes down the line instead and clogs up your canister meant to filter fumes...Then it builds pressure up in the gas tank. When the pressure in your tank becomes greater than your car...It shuts off and want start back until the pressure has gone down...If this is the problem just loosen your gas releases the pressure immediately...You usually will hear a suction sound when you open your gas cap....Hope this helps...It could be the problem...maybe not...But something you might not think about or know
