Get the FSM.
read the TRUCK service, checks.
A/T is complex.
very complex.

we use the number to tell us what test failed (monitors in TCM)
and then do the tests listed, in the FSM to localize the true cause.
sounds like you need service,

I would suggest that it is taken to a freight liner service shop but I suggest that the code reading would indicate a fault in the wiring to the gear box. Possibly a fuse or a failed connection in the wiring or a faulty module for the gear box.

Where is the oil pressure sensor located on a 60 series detroit

60 series detroit has oil sender on driver side near rear of engine just above the starter. It usually has 3 wires, and sometimes can be buried in the harness, so you may have to look under wiring harnesses in that area to find.
