Question about 2003 Lincoln Navigator
Started fine, went to work, turned key in off position, got out then realized truck is still running. I've tried everything from putting in and out of gear to giggling key around but truck will not turn off! OMG... HELP! LOL.
Under the hood you will find things called Power Boxes. They can be marked with plastic molded labels and the one with "Fuel Pump Relay" can be removed from its position and all power to the fuel pump will end. Then you need to disconnect the Negative Battery cable to save the battery and kill anything electrical.
Be aware that the Anti-theft will be inactive. You can lock and unlock your car with the key.
You then need to have the ignition switch serviced.
